The Livingston Board of REALTORS®, Inc. is a professional trade association officially representing the real estate industry since 1978 and is the local chapter of the Louisiana REALTORS®.             

The LBOR is composed of a broad base of professionals including licensed real estate brokers and agents, appraisers, banks, insurance, mortgage, title companies and other companies servicing the real estate industry.

Benefits of Membership  

  1. Listed on the Livingston Board of REALTORS® website. Affiliates are also listed in the monthly newsletter.
  2. Automatic membership in the Louisiana REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® with more benefits for Realtors® and Associates including the authorization to utilize the restricted trademark of the REALTORS® logo and other professional designations.
  3. Networking & Sponsorship opportunities.
    Monthly membership meetings, various social and fund-raising events give members the opportunity to establish business and personal contacts.

    All education classes are free to LBOR members.

    The Livingston Realtor is an online monthly newsletter read by over 300 Realtors® and Affiliates. Features include information on important issues and activities on a local, state and national level. An Affiliate is spotlighted in the newsletter each month. Plus, advertising is available at reasonable rates.
